THE NIKKEI MENU

An explosive score that made the reputation of Manko. The menu highlights the signature Ceviches, cut with a knife and marinated every minute in the tiger's milk, as well as the melting Tiraditos. We also enjoy the famous Anticuchos (Peruvian skewers revisited) and exceptional meats cooked in a charcoal oven. A sharing kitchen, colorful and wildly creative.
