Hauser & Wirth Paris presents the first major exhibition dedicated to Alexander Calder’s postwar period in France (1953–1954). Bringing together monumental sculptures, mobile suspended and unpublished gouaches, the exhibition pays tribute to the artist’s return to France and his installation in his house named François Premier, à Saché.
